🌀 Spring into Deloitte: A paid two-day programme for first-year university students to explore careers in Audit, Tax, or Strategy & Technology, gain hands-on experience, meet diverse teams, and discover Deloitte’s inclusive culture.

☀️ Summer Vacation Scheme: A paid 4–6 week placement for penultimate-year university students to gain hands-on experience, work on real projects, and explore careers in areas like Audit, Tax, Consulting, Technology, Risk, Legal, Cyber, Actuarial, or Real Estate. You’ll work alongside experts, develop skills, experience Deloitte’s inclusive culture, and potentially secure a spot on a Graduate Programme, all while enjoying hybrid working and a structured programme of learning.

⚙️ Industrial Placement: A paid 12-month placement for university students who need a work placement as part of their degree. You’ll work alongside Deloitte’s graduate intake on real projects across areas like Audit, Tax, Consulting, Technology, Risk, Cyber, Actuarial, or Real Estate, gaining hands-on experience, professional skills, and exposure to clients. With hybrid working, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll discover your strengths, explore career paths, and potentially secure a graduate role at the end of the placement.

🎓 Graduate Programme: A paid role where you work on real projects from day one, gain professional qualifications, develop skills, and fast-track your career across areas like Audit, Tax, Consulting, Technology, and more.
