Location: Manchester

Start Date: September 2025

Application Criteria:

• 3 A-Levels or equivalent qualifications, including Maths, IT or Computing
• On track to achieve 104 UCAS points (or equivalent BCC at A-Level)
• GCSE English & maths (grade 9-4/A*-C)
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, C#). Candidates will be subjected to a simple technical test

• Passion and ability to deliver high levels of client service
• Able to build effective relationships, at all levels
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

About the Level 6 DTS Degree Apprenticeship:

This Degree Apprenticeship is 30 month programme where you will be provided on the job training and a highly competitive study support package for you to gain a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions. You will be fully supported by WTW and our official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.

Over time, you will become a subject expert in solutions, working as part of a technical development team in collaboration with actuaries to design, implement and manage how WTW deploy technology and software solutions.
