About the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship 

The Employee Experience is the sum of every single moment that matters between employees and their employer. Consider the world we live in today and some of the events that have shaped the past 10 years of your life. How do your family or friends talk about changes in their personal or working lives over that period? Within WTW’s Employee Experience Business, you'll help our clients to respond to various changes within society.

You'll draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry experience while you benefit from more structured formal training.
