  • You must have 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, at Grade 4 or above.

About the Addleshaw Goddard Resourcing Assistant Apprenticeship

The two-year programme will allow you to gain hands on experience in an extremely varied role, encompassing a wide range of administrative tasks and the ability to work with Advisors on vacancies. You will be involved in supporting the operations of recruitment from an administrative perspective, across the UK and international offices. You will also work towards completing the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Upon completion of the scheme, you'll have the opportunity to progress within the team and continue building your career with Addleshaw Goddard (subject to vacancies).

Below are some of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Responsible for updating their recruitment system and external job boards with vacancy information.
  • Scheduling interviews and ad hoc recruitment events.
  • Generation of recruitment correspondence (including templated offer letters and contracts of employment).
  • Ownership and production of regular reports, using the recruitment system, so the team can monitor recruitment activity, success rates, agency performance and the diversity of our candidate pipeline.
  • Ownership and maintenance of recruitment spreadsheets, templates and key recruitment documents.
  • Support with the management of agency relationships, including arranging agency briefings and organising payment of agency invoices.
  • Manage recruitment invoicing.
  • Manage the Recruitment inbox.
