About the Addleshaw Goddard Onboarding Coordinator Apprenticeship

The two-year programme will allow you to gain hands on experience in an extremely varied role, encompassing a wide range of administrative tasks. You will work across the Conflicts, Financial Crime & Sanctions, and Internal Audit functions of BAU, to ensure the effective and efficient management of workflow. You will work towards completing the Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship with BPP as part of the programme.

Upon completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to progress within the team and continue building your career with them (subject to vacancies).

Below are some of the responsibilities for this role:

  • Liaise with the Fee Earning and PA teams, to resolve administrative queries and ascertain further information to assist with progressing requests.
  • Monitor service levels and allocate work accordingly across all office jurisdictions.
  • Collate management and statistical information in relation to the number of requests received and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Provide daily status updates at the end of each working day.
  • Create and maintain information barriers.
  • Deal with high-level compliance related queries with supervision.
