What Is The Production Team Leader Opportunity?

Edmonton Operations produce 50 million cases of drinks per year across their 5 manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink per hour consisting of both PET and Glass bottling. Experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities both in Edmonton and further afield across other GB sites and Pan-European locations.

You will lead a team of 12-13 people to ensure the successful operation of the production lines. You will ensure the production lines and people you are responsible for achieve the output required of them within production performance, labour resource, quality, yield and CRS targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering daily volumes while achieving planned-downtime and reducing unplanned-downtime events.
• Improving the site’s Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards.
• Ensuring delivery of all yield budget targets in ingredients and packaging.
• Improving operational excellence through effective site routines, with a focus on data-driven decisions.
• Growing, developing and engaging your team via performance management processes.
• Successfully developing pipeline talent of the future.

 

Who Should Apply?

CCEP are looking for someone who has the ability to demonstrate a people-focused management style and can make critical decisions within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are also important.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and hunger to succeed, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks using their initiative.
