About the Field Engineering Apprenticeship

This is an 18-month apprenticeship leading to a Level 3 qualification as a Drinks Dispense Technician and intended to lead to a permanent role as a Technical Representative role upon completion.

Salary as an Apprentice: approximately £21,000 - £24,000 + Company Van + iPhone + up to 12% Company Pension contribution + Share Scheme. Five weeks paid holiday + Bank Holidays.

Salary as a Tech Rep: approximately £33,000 - £37,000 depending on geography + Bonus + Company Van + iPhone + up to 12% Company Pension contribution + Share Scheme. Five weeks paid holiday + Bank Holidays.

After an initial introduction at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ (CCEP) Milton Keynes facility, your time would be split between learning in the field (85%) and learning at Wolverhampton College (15%). Time at college is arranged in two weekly blocks, with one or two weeks of each block requiring attendance at Wolverhampton, for which CCEP will fund your accommodation costs.

After 4 – 8 months of accompanying experienced Tech Reps you would start to attend basic planned maintenance and breakdown calls on your own and as your knowledge grows you would take on more complex cases.
