• Full driving licence (achieved by start date of September 2025)
• Eligible to work in the UK and resident in England for 3+ years
• (Preferable)104 UCAS points, achieved in A-Level or equivalent qualifications - CCEP are flexible with this. You can still apply if you are currently completing your studies
• A minimum grade 4 achieved in Maths and English GCSE is desirable

About the Sales Degree Apprenticeship

This 4-year programme will see you immersed into the world of Sales, working with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners' (CCEP) internal teams and external partners.

The apprenticeship programme is delivered through Manchester Metropolitan University

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will achieve a Level 6 Apprenticeship, with a Chartered Management Degree.

Your starting salary for the programme is £23,510 with annual salary reviews each year.
