About the Operations Apprenticeship Programme

Group Operations is at the heart of ensuring that Credit Suisse clients receive high-quality and efficient banking services globally and is critical to most important processes at Credit Suisse.

Throughout the apprenticeship you’ll be supported by your line manager, mentor, buddy and the wider team to help you shape your own successful career.  You will be given a broad range of activities from day one, allowing you to apply what you learn academically to real-time scenarios and build the business knowledge and your soft skills needed to achieve successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support to the whole of Operations globally in areas including trade processing and settlement.
  • Develop and manage products, processes and services to Credit Suisse clients.
  • Improve productivity and efficiency while seeking new and innovative ways to support clients’ needs.

You will also have many opportunities to work with other divisions across the bank, including the front office, enabling you to develop a broad range of understanding about how Credit Suisse does business and the roles of the different divisions within a bank.
