What is the Level 3 and 4 Technology Apprenticeship Program?
This is an opportunity to achieve a Level 3/4 apprenticeship whilst working as part of within the EMEA Securities Research Management team in London. You will work closely with the regional COO and Securities Research Management as well as more broadly with the Global COO team for Securities Research. The apprenitceship options could include:
- Level 4 Data Analytics
- Level 4 DevOps Engineer
- Level 4 Software Developer
- Level 3 ICT
There are a range of Apprenticeship roles available from DevOps, Data Science and Software Engineers to IT Solutions Technicians leading to a career filled with exciting challenges. Always looking towards the future, the Technology division is focused on 6 themes: Data Science & Analytics, Cyber Security, Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Innovation & Automa-tion, Cloud and FinTech.
Please note, this role starts in March 2022.
What are the Entry Requirments?
- GCSE Mathematics and English C-A (7-4) are required
- Current A-level studies completed in 2021 (or attained within the last 18months)

It would also be valuable to demonstrate
- Resourceful, solution-oriented and strong analytical working approach, keen to collaborate, across multiple countries and reporting lines.
- Ability to de-construct complex problems, and proactively propose solutions.
- Excellent project and time management skills and precision in delivery.
- Deep understanding of risk and how controls can mitigate those risks while being commercial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to deliver difficult messages and present information in a succinct and concise way.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
