Start Date: Summer 2026

Application Criteria: You need to be age 18+ and ideally studying at university, approaching your final year and are looking for a placement over the summer to learn with an interest in Infrastructure. An enthusiasm to learn about our industry and keen to gain a further insight on how our business model works.

Key skills: Individuals who are motivated, forward thinking and ambitious. You will bring the following range of skills:

• A “can-do” attitude and great communication skills are essential.
• Have a keen interest in Infrastructure
• Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills, including at least intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of people at all levels of seniority in a range of style.
• Be a collaborative team player and working together as part of a team.

About this opportunity

Asset Management is responsible for all of Equitix’s portfolio assets following financial close. Equitix’s approach of in-house Asset Management is to ensure full oversight of all investments, implement good governance practices and drive returns. The team of asset managers often take Board level Directorships roles to be part of the decision making process for each asset.

The Asset Management team has a unique interactive role with other Equitix departments (Business Development & IR, Investments and Finance), enabling the on-boarding of portfolio projects across our funds. The Asset Management team is required to have a detailed knowledge of Equitix’s portfolio projects, information management systems, investment pipeline and asset reporting.
