Location: London

Start date: Summer 2025 (offical start date to be confirmed)

• To be eligible you must be age 18+ 
• You will need to be studying at University in your final year

Students who are outside of the criteria are still encouraged to apply!

Key skills: 

• A “can-do” attitude and great communication skills are essential.
• Be highly organised, efficient, and self-motivated with the ability to work across a range of tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills, including at least intermediate level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to get on with a wide variety of people at all levels of seniority in a range of style.
• Be a collaborative team player and working together with the rest of the admin team.

About the Finance Internship

As an intern in the EMS Finance Team, you’ll engage in real world accounting and clerical tasks including, but not limited to, data entry of purchase invoices and preparing sale invoices, preparation of payment run exercises, supporting the preparation of audits, updating cash books, bank reconciliations, chasing late payments and taking care of administrative tasks such as correspondence, meeting minute taking and filing.
