KPMG Discovery Work Experience programme
The KPMG in-person Discovery work experience programmes will run during October half term across three days in the following locations:
- Bristol: 28th October - 30th October 2024
The 3-day paid Discovery Work Experience programme, in support of KPMG's Access Accountancy commitments, has been designed with students like you in mind – collaborative, curious and enthusiastic. As well as giving you the chance to gain an invaluable overview of the professional services sector, this programme will give you an excellent insight into the work KPMG do, their culture and people - and provide you with learning opportunities to enhance your skills.
Available for students finishing Year 13 in 2025 or have already finished Year 13 and are looking to start an apprenticeship programme in autumn 2025, this is the perfect chance to discover if KPMG is the place for you. You’ll get a chance to interact with our current KPMG apprentices, graduates and senior leaders from local offices and participate in workshops to help you develop key skills you’ll need to thrive in your early career.
Upon completion of your Discovery experience you will also be given the chance to get ahead through the recruitment process for one of our rewarding Apprenticeship Programmes (subject to meeting the requirements).
KPMG offer Apprenticeship programmes in Audit, Consulting, Tax & Law, KPMG Business Services (KBS) and Technology, where you’ll be supported to achieve professional qualifications and accreditations – such as diplomas and degrees while earning a salary between £23,000 - £25,000, all at the same time.
Training and development
As this is a short programme, your focus will be to make sure every second of the experience counts. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, learn about the world of work, gain an insight into KPMG and most importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the UK's leading professional services firms.
