Application criteria:

  • You’ll need to be 18 years old on the 1st September 2026.

  • GCSEs at grade 4 - 9 in both Maths and English (obtained).

  • 3 A Levels at grades BCC. These grades can be predicted, but any offer made to you will be conditional upon successful achievement of these qualifications.

  • A passion for digital marketing, creativity, and a drive to learn.

About the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Programme

Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Digital Marketing delivered by Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). Accredited to the Digital Marketer (Integrated Degree) standard. 

Duration: 4 years

Salary: £26,500 + fantastic benefits

As a Digital Marketer Degree Apprentice, you’ll get the best of both worlds: a fully funded degree in Digital Marketing, and hands-on experience in one of the UK’s largest and most ambitious marketing teams. 

This isn’t a course where you learn and wait. You’ll be applying theory from day one – running campaigns, testing ideas, analysing results – all while studying with Manchester Metropolitan University. 

The programme blends university study with real-world projects. Each year builds your skills, confidence, and impact: 

  • Foundations of Digital Marketing 
    Principles of digital-first marketing, platform essentials, analytics basics, and an introduction to user experience. 
  • Understanding the Digital Consumer 
    Explore e-commerce, customer engagement, audience insights, and social media management. 
  • Strategic Digital Marketing 
    Learn content marketing, brand management, measurement and performance, conversion marketing, and strategy. 
  • Business Impact & Assessment 
    Design digital business models, manage campaigns, and complete your end-point assessment with a synoptic project 

By the time you finish your apprenticeship, you’ll be: 

  • Degree-qualified – with a BSc (Hons) Digital Marketing. 
  • Digitally confident – skilled with industry tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Sprinklr, Tableau, Figma, and more. 
  • Strategic – able to plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Analytical – comfortable using data to shape ideas and measure impact. 
  • Collaborative – experienced in working with stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams.

Start date: Early to mid-September 2025

Application criteria:

  • GCSEs at grades 4-9 in both Maths and English Language and/or Literature (England) or National 5 qualifications grades A-C in both Maths and English (Scotland)
  • You’ll need to be at least 18 years old by the 1st September 2025 (England) or 28th February 2026 (Scotland).
  • Candidates who have a degree are welcome to apply but their degree cannot be in a field related to the apprenticeship due to a crossover in learning

About the Data Analyst Apprenticeship Programme

As a Data Analyst apprentice, you’ll cover the fundamentals of data analytics and begin to become a data professional, using big data and statistical modelling to make better predictions from data.

This is a full time 18 month apprenticeship programme that will give you a thorough understanding of how data is integrated to allow the application of statistics and modelling to make better predictions from data. Data story telling runs throughout the programme, and you will explore a number of theories which will to reinforce concepts around effective visualisation.

Your salary as a Lloyds Banking Group Data Analyst Apprentice will be £25,000 a year.
