About Lloyds Banking Group Apprenticeships

Lloyds Banking Group have 20 different roles available across 9 various apprenticeships. Whether you’re about to enter the world of work for the first time or looking for a different route for further training, LBG's apprenticeships can help you take that next exciting step. You'll be able to learn skills, gain qualifications and earn a salary.

The 9 different apprenticeships spread across these business areas:

• Audit - you’ll work to become a qualified, chartered internal auditor and learn how to evaluate risk management and governance.
• Business Analysis - you’ll learn how to conduct structured investigations, model processes to find efficiencies, and understand the needs of relevant stakeholders.
• Customer Service - you'll engage with customers and help them with their mortgages, accounts and savings or supporting businesses with their financial needs.
• Cyber - you'll help protect the 26 million LBG customers by developing new controls, enhancing existing ones, and helping LBG explore innovative ways technology can protect against threats.
• Data - if you have a love for numbers, and an eye for detail, this is the programme for you! Throughout the programme you’ll become a professionally qualified Data Analyst.
• Finance - you'll work towards a future as a qualified chartered accountant, and be involved in helping teams do the right thing for both business and customers.
• Risk - you'll work to protect against market instability, cyber-attacks, and financial crime, as well as reporting, and monitoring regulatory risks.
• Technology Engineering - as a Technology Engineering apprentice, you’ll learn how to develop user-focused solutions from industry-leading experts.
• HR - as a HR Apprentice, you’ll help ensure every part of the employee experience at Lloyds Banking Group is the best it can be.
