WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Instigate pre-employment screening checks through our third-party providers and liaise with prospective colleagues to ensure that all pre-employment onboarding documents are obtained in good time.
- Design and write company-wide communications and infographics.
- Set-up new joiners on our HR systems, process leavers and make changes as necessary.
- Benefits administration, such as enrolling and removing colleagues from various benefits as required and creating monthly reports.
- Check, receive and verify right to work documents in line with department processes.
- Work with IT to ensure all equipment is ready for new joiners.
- Process leave in our HR systems as applicable.
- Assign learning courses to colleagues using our online systems.
- Assist the HR Generalists and Manager with general admin support and project-admin related to matters such as performance reviews, learning and development and global mobility.
- Work towards a Level 3 CIPD qualification in HR Support, typically lasting between 15 and 18 months.
- Work in a friendly, supportive team of people who want you to succeed.
- Uphold the law: rules, regulations and controls.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Hold a minimum of 2 A-Levels (grade A-C), or equivalent work experience
- Have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have an interest in UK Employment Law & UKBA regulation.
- Enthusiastic about a future in HR.
- Ability to act in a personable, professional and tactful manner and be careful and discreet with confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career.
