The Technology department is an integral part of the strategy of the firm and this is reflected both by the level of Technology investment and how Technology initiatives are discussed at the most senior level.
What is the Technology internship?
This is a fantastic six month fixed-term opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to be part of supporting key initiatives and projects on a 6-month arrangement. The individual will gain valuable hands-on experience and generate an understanding of how change projects are delivered and adopted within a leading London law firm.
This role will shadow and work closely with a Service Desk Analyst in the Tech Support team who will create a positive and supportive working environment that will enable the individual to add real-time value through supporting with project delivery and other business requirements.
The key components of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with project activities, including scheduling and deployments, alongside the Service Desk Analyst.
- Undertaking project training on processes and technologies, providing colleagues with an overview of the key changes and new features.
- Supporting users in-person, being on hand to liaise with members of the team to fix their issue.
- Providing administrative support and logging all actions taken and resolutions provided.
