What is the Legal Operations Apprenticeship?
This is an 18 month programme. The Legal Operations (LOPs) Apprentice will be based within a practice area in one of Mishcon de Reya's fee-earning departments. The LOPS Apprentice will work as part of the Legal Operations team to help provide timely and high quality administrative support to the fee-earners. This is a varied role, working as part of a friendly and high-performing team providing great service to Mishcon de Reya's fee-earners and their clients.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Fielding calls, emails, correspondence and meeting requests.
- Scheduling calls/meetings and supporting the LOPS team in arranging travel or couriers.
- Supporting the LOPS team in the smooth running of the client/matter lifecycle.
- Preparing, amending and proofreading documents, ensuring these are produced to the required standards.
- Assisting LOPS team in logging referrals and contacts to Interaction and updating the systems.
Who Should Apply?
3 A-Levels at grade BBB and 6 GCSEs at grade 9-4 would be desired, but is not mandatory.
Mishcon de Reya are looking for a strong team-player with a good attention to detail. The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively.
