What is the IT Service Desk Apprenticeship?
This is an 18 month programme. The Apprentice will gain valuable hands-on experience, with the opportunity to gain a real in-depth understanding of how a successful Technology function operates within a leading London Law Firm.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Providing first line support in logging service desk calls from the end-users.
- Logging all actions taken and resolutions.
- Providing administrative support to the Technology Department.
- Where necessary, escalating the call in a timely manner to a Training & Application or Technical Support Analyst as appropriate.
Who Should Apply?
3 A-Levels at grade BBB and 6 GCSEs at grade 9-4 would be desired, but is not mandatory.
Mishcon de Reya are looking for someone with a working knowledge of Microsoft Products, particularly Office 2016 (Word and Outlook) and Windows 10. The successful candidate will be organised with excellent attention to detail and great communication skills.
