What is the Ogilvy Human Resources Apprenticeship?
This is a newly created role for at Ogilvy UK. The HR Apprentice role will work in rotation within 3 functions: HR generalist team, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition whilst also studying towards a HR Support Level 3 qualification.
A big part of this role will be supporting the organisation by delivering efficient and effective day-to-day HR support and assistance to the People Team across all aspects of the employee life cycle; including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, contracting and benefits, probation, training and development, holiday and absence tracking, payroll employee offboarding and people projects. You will be a key member of the People team, helping to champion culture and the employee experience. As such, you should have a passion for developing and implementing initiatives to improve the working environment and employer branding.

This full-time apprenticeship role is for you if you want to gain valuable work experience, on the job training whilst also gaining a recognised HR CIPD qualification.

- Able to undertake online research and learn about industry best practice to propose solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to learn and develop the skills across a full spectrum of HR, with commonality of communication, listening, analysis and insights across the areas.
Please note: this is a full time positon split between the role within Ogilvy and time in college to study.
