About this opportunity

The Horizon Work Experience Programme gives Year 13 female students an introduction to Rothschild & Co’s Global Advisory division, including M&A, Debt & Restructuring, and Global Markets Solutions. Students will participate in group projects, skills sessions, and presentations from analysts, gaining practical insight into a career in financial advisory.

Main responsibilities:

• Network with junior bankers from Global Advisory, Redburn, Wealth Management, and Five Arrows divisions
• Attend skills workshops and presentations across different business areas
• Collaborate with peers on group projects and present findings at the end of the programme
• Take part in tours of Rothschild & Co’s historical archives
• Engage in the “stay in touch” programme for future career guidance
