About this opportunity

This opportunity will provide an introduction to the Global Advisory division at Rothschild & Co and will allow you to fully immerse yourself in life at the firm.

Main responsibilities:

• Research the industries in which Rothschild & Co clients operate to support senior bankers’ marketing initiatives
• Provide specified input for company profiles, presentations and other documents
• Provide input and editing of Excel-based models, including application of various valuation techniques
• Support the Rothschild & Co team with developing standard or bespoke financial models under guidance from bankers in your team
• Support the Rothschild & Co team in coordinating the transaction process during live transactions internally and by liaising with clients, their counterparties and other advisers
• Attend internal and external calls and meetings as appropriate

During your internship, you will be assigned one of Rothschild & Co's M&A sector teams, based on the firm's current business needs. From the moment you join, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the daily operations and professional environment at Rothschild & Co.

At the end of the Internship, you could be considered for a permanent role on Rothschild & Co's Graduate Programme.
