About the Solicitor Apprenticeship Programme

The six-year programme combines learning and study to help you develop key skills whilst growing your legal knowledge.

Apprentices spend one day a week studying with The University of Law towards a law degree and the solicitors qualifying exams. All university and exams fees are paid for by the firm and you will earn a salary throughout the programme.

The first year is spent within RPC's legal matter support team, followed by three 12-month placements within different legal teams before joining the training contract rotation for the final two years. This structure allows apprentices to gain an in-depth understanding of many different areas of law prior to qualification.
