Application criteria:
- You must be 18 years old by 1st September to apply for the 2025 intake
- Recent school or college graduates with A-levels or BTECs
- A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required.
- Level 2 in both English and Maths (GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent) for those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship.
- Individuals unsure that university is the path for them.
- Living in England.
- Must not be enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or further education programme at the time of starting.

About the opportunity
Schroders are looking for Marketing and Communications Apprentices to support the work of their teams across the Marketing Division. You will be placed in one of their specialist Marketing teams, the details of which will be shared in the next stage of the application process.
Whilst activities vary within their specialist Marketing teams, the following tasks are typical examples of what can be expected within their Marketing and Communication Apprentice roles
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, using a variety of marketing platforms.
- Work across the marketing mix to communicate with clients, including content production, website management, advertising, email promotions, social media and events.
- Coordinate and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- Define processes and efficiencies through data-driven insights.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Supporting the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborating with team members on various marketing projects.
- Learning about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and online advertising techniques.
Salary £25,000 pa
