Application Criteria: Recent school or college leavers (A-levels, BTECs or equivalent), aged 18+, living in England for at least 3 years, not enrolled in another government-funded apprenticeship or further education programme. GCSE English and Maths grade 9–4 (A*–C) or equivalent.

About the opportunity
Join Schroders’ Product Development Team within the Client Group on a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist Apprenticeship. You’ll gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, prospectus and regulatory submissions, and fund range management. This is part of the Investment20/20 programme, offering networking, skills training, and insight events.
Responsibilities:
- Support new product launches and manage ongoing fund ranges, including prospectus updates and fund mergers
- Collaborate with investment teams, client group, operations, compliance, risk, legal, finance, and marketing teams
- Engage with clients to ensure products and services meet their expectations
- Monitor competitor, regulatory, and market developments
