About the opportunity

Join Schroders as a Real Estate Apprentice and gain hands-on experience within the Real Estate team, completing a Level 4 apprenticeship while earning £27,000 per year. You’ll join the Investment20/20 programme, which includes networking, skills training, and industry insight events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations
• Shadow Investment and Fund Operations team members on site visits and tasks
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain property and fund records
• Conduct research on real estate markets, properties, and prospective clients
• Support wider business projects and attend departmental training sessions
