Salary: £27,000 per year plus benefits
Application Criteria: Aged 18+ by September 2026, living in England for at least three years prior to the start date, recent school or college leaver (A-levels, BTECs or equivalent), not enrolled in another government-funded apprenticeship or further education programme. GCSE English and Maths grade 9–4 (A*–C) or equivalent required.

About the Opportunity
Start your career in investment management while earning a salary and gaining a recognised Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist qualification.
As part of Schroders’ two-year apprenticeship programme and the Investment20/20 network, you will gain hands-on experience in the Product Development Team within the Client Group. You will support the launch and management of investment funds across the UK and Europe, while building industry knowledge and professional skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the launch of new investment products from idea through to launch
- Help manage existing fund ranges, including prospectus updates and fund changes
- Work with teams across investment, marketing, operations, compliance, legal, risk and finance
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs
- Contribute to strategic projects and help improve processes, including using new technologies such as AI
You will spend 20 percent of your time working towards your apprenticeship qualification and 80 percent gaining real experience with your team.
