About Schroders Group Internal Audit Team
On this programme, you’ll be part of the Group Internal Audit (GIA) team. The purpose of GIA is to strengthen Schroders’ ability to create, protect, and sustain value by providing the Board and management with independent, risk-based, and objective assurance, advice, and insights. To achieve this, GIA provides challenge and assurance over the Group’s control environment, risk management and governance arrangements implemented by management. Accordingly, GIA comprises the ‘third line of defence’ and works closely with Business teams and Risk & Compliance functions – the ‘first’ and ‘second’ lines of defence, respectively.
