Are you a young woman considering apprenticeships but feeling unsure about the application process?
Thinking about a career in finance but unsure if an apprenticeship is the right route for you?
Join Schroders for a relaxed virtual drop-in session for Year 13 female students considering a career in the financial industry. You’ll hear from our current female apprentices about how they applied, what their roles are really like, and what they wish they knew beforehand.
We’ll also run a short interactive workshop to help you understand what recruiters are actually looking for and how to talk about your strengths and showcase confidence in applications and interviews - no experience needed.
This session aimed at female year 13 students who are:
• Living in England and resident in the UK for 3+ years before 7 Sept 2026
• Aged 18+ by 7 Sept 2026
• A-levels (any subjects, no minimum UCAS points)
• GCSE English & Maths Grade 4/C or above
