Application criteria: 

• You must be 18 years old by 1st September to apply for the 2025 intake
• Recent school or college graduates with A-levels or BTECs
• A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects – no minimum UCAS points required.
• Level 2 in both English and Maths (GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent) for those undertaking a level 3 or higher apprenticeship.
• Individuals unsure that university is the path for them.
• Living in England.
• Must not be enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or further education programme at the time of starting.

About the opportunity

You will join as an Apprentice as part of the Investment20/20 programme, you will have opportunities to meet and network with Trainees/Apprentices across the industry and participate in training, socials and insight events.  

Day to day tasks may include: 

• Product and Client Support: Client reports and review presentations, reporting data.
•  New Business Development: Ensure RFPs (documents where we answer questions as part of a new business pitch) are completed to a high standard and tailored to answer client questions. Assist in the development and production of presentations for client pitches

• Business Management: Maintain and analyse AUM (assets under management), fund flows and competitor analysis relating to the Multi-Asset strategies.

Salary £25,500 pa
