Start date: 5th September 2022
Application Criteria: 96 UCAS points or above - but applications are still encouraged for those who have achieved slightly below this number. Year 13 or college student with an interest in Technology. 18 years old or above by start date: September 5th 2022.
Key skills: Not a requirement, but experience in customer service, a IT or equivalent qualification and understanding of latest Technology trends will help with the job.

About the Technology Apprenticeship:
As a Service Desk apprentice, you will spend 20% of your time working towards achieving the ITIL V4 qualification.
You will also:
- Work with a variety of people from across IT Services including Network, Security, Storage, Servers, and Applications on end to end projects.
- Take responsibility for your own Business Project on an area you're passionate about and personalised to your career goals.
- Learn from highly experienced members of staff, and gain the experience and knowledge required to become a great service desk technician.
