Location: Schroders HQ, London
Who can apply: Female students in their penultimate year of undergraduate study, interested in starting a career in Asset Management. This is a one-day Fast Track experience at Schroders’ London HQ for students interested in a career in Investment and Asset Management.
Students will:
- Hear from women working in Investment at Schroders
- Take part in day-in-the-life sessions across Public Markets teams
- Participate in speed interviews with members of the Investment team
- Network with senior leaders, graduates and fellow students
- Learn more about Schroders’ culture and career pathways
Successful attendees will be fast-tracked to the assessment centre for Schroders’ 2026 Summer Internship Programme.
This means students could skip part of the usual recruitment process and move more quickly towards securing a summer internship.
This event is open to:
- Female students
- In their penultimate year of undergraduate study
- From any degree discipline (STEM subjects are advantageous)
- With A or A* in A Level Maths
- With a genuine interest in financial markets and public investment
