What is the Business Development and Consultant Relations apprentice programme?
In this two year apprenticeship you will spend 20% of your time working towards achieving your qualification. The rest of your time will be spent working across two teams and gaining the skills you need to build your expertise.
Some of the tasks and projects you'll be involved in within the Business Development team are:
- Assisting in developing new sales opportunities, prospecting and following up leads.
- Working with senior members of the UKI BD & CR team on RFP (Request For Proposal) management and completion.
- Working with the Marketing team on marketing strategy agreed within UKI.
- Assisting with coordination of annual business strategy
Some of the tasks and projects you'll be involved in within the Consultant Relations team are:
- Supporting with information and research to support meetings and relationships with clients.
- Learning how to project manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Being a point of contact for, and building relationships with external consultants
Who Should Apply?
Schroders are looking for someone with a flexible approach and good attention to detail. They want someon numerate who enjoys problem-solving, with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
Ideally, you will have achieved 96 UCAS points to be eligible for this role. However, Schroders will still consider applicants who have not quite achieved this requirement.
You must be 18 years old by 5 September 2022.
