Business Administration Apprenticeship Application Criteria:
- National 5 or above in Maths and English are the only academic attainment entry requirement.
- You must be aged 17 or over at start of the programme in September 2024, no longer in full-time education and eligible to work in the UK.
- Any experience or qualifications which reflect customer services would be desirable.

About the Thrive Apprenticeship - Business Administration programme
The Business Administration Programme is ideal for young adults looking to build an understanding of the financial services sector and pursue a career in relationship management, sales & marketing, operations and risk management whilst supporting in a business environment.
You will be studying towards a SCQF Level 6 Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship Standard in Scotland. The programme is 12 months in length, you'll spend time immersed within the Customer Service team, before broadening your understanding of the customer journey for the remainder of the apprenticeship.
