Locations: London, Brentwood, and Glasgow.

Business & Retail Banking Apprenticeship Application Criteria:
- You will have to have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years.
- For roles in England: GCSE grade 4/5, C or above in Maths and English is required.
- For roles in Scotland: National 5 or above in Maths and English are required.
- You will either be 17 or over, or in Year 13 or equivalent working towards completing your studies in summer 2024 or looking for your next career move with the opportunity to study towards achieving a (level 3) apprenticeship starting in September 2024.
Key Skills:
- Able and willing to adopt a challenge and enjoy a fast-paced, innovative and hardworking culture.
- A motivation and desire to pursue a career in the respective apprenticeship qualification route
- Ideally working knowledge of MS Office applications, and a good attention to detail
- Reliable, adaptable & flexible

About the Thrive Apprenticeship - Business & Retail Banking programme
The Business & Retail Banking programme is ideal for young adults looking to build an understanding of the financial services sector and pursue a career in relationship management, sales & marketing, operations, and risk management whilst studying towards a level 3 Financial Services Senior Customer Advisor apprenticeship standard.
As part of the role, you'll be responsible for:
- Appropriately supporting/contributing to the creation/maintenance of associated processes and procedures.
- Liaising within your own team and with other teams in the Business to enhance and improve Customer Services, consistency of approach and operational flexibility to provide a high level of service for our customers.
