Application criteria:
- National 5 or above in Maths and English are the only academic attainment entry requirement to join us on the programme.
- You must be aged 17 or over at start of the programme in September 2025, no longer in full-time education and eligible to work in the UK.
- Any experience or qualifications which reflect customer services would be desirable

The Role & Responsibilities
Adhere to processes and procedures – Appropriately support/contribute to the creation/maintenance of associated processes and procedures.
Customer support – dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient manner, whilst building strong relationships with customers.
Continuous improvement – Liaising within your own team and with other teams in the Business to enhance and improve Customer Services, consistency of approach and operational flexibility to provide a high level of service for customers.
Awareness of Risk – Communicate and escalate potential issues/risks in a prompt and effective manner that limits/mitigates potential risks.
Adhere to Regulatory Processes – Ensure to adhere to all Legal, Regulatory, Compliance policies and procedures, including all HR Requirements.
Representing Shawbrook– Represent the Shawbrook brand in a professional and confidential manner.
