As an IT Support Analyst Apprentice, you will work in a busy and fast-paced environment and be responsible for servicing queries to the global IT Support telephone numbers and mailboxes. You'll need to be a proactive team player with a keen interest in Technology, a willingness to learn and develop new skills, and a focus on providing excellent customer care.
Not only will you by responsible for the initial contact and support of the end user community, you will also be required to take ownership of tickets and to exercise technical and problem-solving skills, investigating, researching, troubleshooting, escalating and/or resolving issues in an efficient manner. This is a complex environment with an emphasis on security, compliance and policy, and analysts need to be able to exercise sound judgement in dealing with incidents. You will also provide general support as required to the wider Technology team.
