The firm recruits all their future trainees through their Summer Vacation Scheme, which lasts for one week and takes place in June. During this week, individuals can get to know the firm and experience what life is really like as a trainee at the firm, with real work assigned by their daily supervisor or their trainee buddy. Students learn the firm's strategy and initiatives, including meeting those involved in their environmental, social, and governance (ESG), DEI, and pro bono projects. Additionally, there are active charity and social committees, with the head trainees regularly organizing events within these committees, which participants may have the opportunity to attend during the scheme.
