Career Growth
Once you are placed on a desk permanently following your rotations in year one, Analysts and Associates can be given a lot of responsibility within their teams. After 2.5 years top performing Analysts will become eligible for promotion. Student Loan Repayment Scheme
If you are an employee who is still paying back a UK student loan (UK students only) you will be given the option to re-direct some of your Citi pension contributions to your Student Loan. As a Citi employee, you can now choose to contribute a percentage of your salary to pay off your student loan with Citi paying 1% extra for every 2% you contribute, up to 4%. This is in addition to the core 7.5% of pensionable salary that Citi automatically pays into your pension plan. When you join us, you will have the option to choose this flexible benefit via our ‘Select’ scheme.
