Uptree

Brandon Hire Station is part of VP PLC, who are a long established group which has evolved over a 60 year trading history.

The group comprises of main operating divisions which offer the rental and sale of specialist equipment and associated services to a diverse range of end markets, including; construction, civil engineering, rail, water, oil and gas, outdoor events and house building. They are a part of HAE.

They offer a broad range of apprenticeships to suit everyone and recruit 30-50 apprentices a year at Engineering level which requires Maths and English grade 4 or above for Level 3.

Brandon Hire Station also offer graduate training programmes in Business Support Management, Sales and Compliance.

Vast opportunities to progress within the company e.g. an apprentice who started with a hands-on engineering apprenticeship is now helping design equipment with global manufacturers of machinery.

 

Hire Association Europe Ltd (HAE) is a UK trade association for the hire industry. The Association is a Birmingham-based industry-leading trade body representing plant, tool and event equipment hire with over 800 members based in the UK, Europe and across other parts of the world.

HAE's members make construction, groundworks, house building, home improvements, festivals, weddings and events possible.

This is an in-person event and will be hosted at the company's offices. All venues are covid-safe and meet government guidelines of health and safety. If you are allocated a place, you will be sent the company's safety guidelines a week in advance, eg. if masks are to be worn. You will be expected to follow any guidance from the company on the day.

 

Photo and video consent

At any Uptree event, including those held online using video conferencing software, we may take photographs or video footage for the purpose of marketing. These images may appear on our website, social media, and press releases to create awareness of our brand. We may also share the photographs with our partner companies for them to share across social media. By registering for an event with Uptree, you are permitting Uptree to take/use photographs of you and share them with our partners.

Please note that due to online safeguarding policies and to protect all students’ privacy, pictures and screenshots are not allowed to be taken during the session.
