About the Level 4 Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship 

This Apprenticeship is a 24-month programme where you will be provided on the job training and a highly competitive study support package. You will be fully supported by WTW and their official government approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the programme.

Some responsibilites of the role include:

• Helping clients to communicate their rewards package to their employees through engagement campaigns, including writing the content, developing ideas for the brand, and proofreading the final text. 
• Developing pension communication materials designed to grab attention, build employee understanding and drive behaviour change.
• Work with consultants to plan key change management activities and milestones for major projects.
