Application criteria:
- Someone with a desire to develop and progress within a business development and marketing role.
- You must have 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, at Grade 4 or above, plus a 2:1 degree in any discipline. Undergraduates must be in their final year and graduating before September 2026.

- Ability to communicate confidently with a broad range of people and stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail with significant emphasis on quality of work.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

About the Addleshaw Goddard Business Development & Marketing Graduate Programme
This two-year programme will allow you to gain hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced environment, rotating across specialist BD & Marketing teams. You will work across Business Development, Client, Bids, Communications, and Marketing functions, developing a commercial mindset and a clear understanding of how to drive revenue growth, add value to clients, and build sector expertise.
Upon completion of the programme, you'll have the opportunity to progress within the team and continue building your career with them (subject to vacancies).
Below are some of the responsibilities for this role:
- Support the identification and targeting of new business opportunities across priority sectors, practices, and markets.
- Contribute to the design of business development plans aligned to sector, regional, and practice group growth objectives.
- Assist in progressing the client pipeline, including tracking opportunities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting reporting.
- Help prepare high-quality pitch materials, proposals, and credentials for client opportunities.
- Research markets, clients, and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
- Assist in delivering client and industry events and targeted marketing campaigns focused on relationship building and lead generation.
- Maintain the firm's CRM system, including data analysis, client insights, and reporting.
