About the opportunity.
This is a two year rotational programme within Bank of America's Chief People & Organisation function. You will move across talent acquisition, learning, benefits, employee relations and corporate communications, building broad HR expertise while supporting the bank's people strategies from day one.
You will work alongside experienced HR professionals on live projects, from analysing employee feedback to supporting recruitment and employer branding. Each rotation adds a new skill and a wider view of how a global bank looks after its people.

- Collaborate on projects across the Chief People & Organisation function that support people strategies
- Support initiatives in benefits, talent management, learning and communications
- Work with recruitment professionals on hiring initiatives and employer branding
- Analyse benefits data and employee feedback to support wellbeing initiatives
- Support talent management focused on development, performance and succession planning
