About the opportunity.

This is a two year rotational programme within Bank of America's Chief Finance Office group. The Financial Management Analyst Programme introduces you to financial management across the bank, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, investor relations and tax.

You will work on projects, research and activities designed to build business acumen, across teams including Equities, Data Management, Global Liquidity Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Cross-Market Services, and Operational Risk and Control.

What you'll get.

  • Extensive formal training at the start of the programme, plus ongoing on the job support

  • The CIMA Finance Leadership Programme, leading to Chartered Global Management Accountant status

What you'll do.

  • Learn the bank's products, strategies and operational excellence priorities from day one
  • Forecast financial trends, build models and carry out financial analysis
  • Support internal financial planning and management accounting
  • Present financial data and analysis to business partners and stakeholders
  • Network with finance executives and programme alumni, and build leadership skills through project work and committees
