Key Skills: No specific skills are required, just an eagerness to learn! 

Application Deadline: Friday 15^th May, however we recommend applying as soon as possible as roles may close early due to high demand.

Step into Summer: Women who Audit – Discover Your Future in Audit! 

Are you a woman in your first year of university (or second year of a four-year course) with a keen interest in business and problem-solving? Do you want to explore a dynamic career in Audit & Assurance?

Application Instructions 

• General Rule: Deloitte operates a 'one application per campaign year' policy. This means that only one application per candidate is accepted for the 2025/26 campaign year. 

• Exception for Step into Summer: Women who Audit (if previously applied to Spring into Deloitte): 

• Eligible to re-apply: Candidates who applied to "Spring into Deloitte" but did not complete an assessment OR were talent pooled. These candidates must select "Yes" to the application question: "We can only accept one application into our Deloitte Student Programme for the 2026 intake. Is this your first application for this intake?". 

• Not eligible to re-apply: Candidates who applied to "Spring into Deloitte" and were not successful after completing an assessment.
