Overview.
DLA Piper is offering a paid, in person summer internship in London lasting two to three weeks, where you will gain hands on experience of life at a global law firm and work alongside partners, lawyers and trainees on real client matters.

Application criteria.
To be eligible you must be one of the following:

• A law student in the second year of a three year degree, the third year of a four year degree or your final year of study, or a law graduate or career changer
• A non law student in the final year of your degree, or a graduate or career changer

If your law degree is not recognised as a qualifying law degree by the relevant regulatory body, you must be in your final year or be a graduate or career changer.

You should also:

• Have achieved AAB at A Level (or equivalent)
• Be on track for, or have already achieved, a 2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent)
• Meet the entry requirements set out by the University of Law
• Have the right to work full time in the UK for the length of the programme, as DLA Piper cannot sponsor visas for this internship
• Submit only one application per year for one summer internship programme

DLA Piper will consider mitigating circumstances on an individual basis.
