About the Opportunity

This 12-month paid gap year scheme at IBM Consulting gives students hands-on experience in a global business environment. It’s designed to help you explore career options, build professional skills and understand what working in consulting and technology might involve.

What you’ll do

• Support teams exploring client challenges and opportunities
• Help with research and simple data analysis
• Summarise insights and contribute ideas
• Take part in workshops and team problem-solving
• Learn about business and technology careers

You’ll work with supportive teams and mentors while discovering how organisations solve problems and deliver solutions.
