About the Opportunity

IBM is a global leader in technology and transformation, helping organizations evolve through innovative solutions and deep industry expertise. The Consulting business is currently seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join the team as Junior Management Consultant Apprentices.

Based within the Public Sector division, the apprentice will gain diverse experience across essential services, including healthcare, defense, and local government. This role follows a proven pathway, with previous apprentices having successfully progressed into senior leadership positions within the company.

What you’ll do:

• Work with clients to understand business challenges and recommend solutions
• Develop and implement digital and technology improvements
• Analyse data to identify trends and insights
• Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Build skills in cloud computing, AI and data analytics

You’ll split your time between work (4 days p/week) and study (1 day p/week), developing both technical and business skills while gaining hands-on experience in consulting and digital transformation.
