Salary: £27,000 per year plus benefits
Application Criteria: Completed Further Education (A-levels or equivalent), GCSE Maths and English grade 4+ (or equivalent), eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, eligible for Security Clearance, living within commutable distance to one of the listed locations. Must not have already completed or started a similar apprenticeship or university course.

About the Opportunity
Kick-start your career in consulting with a global technology leader. As a Junior Management Consultant Apprentice at IBM, you’ll work four days a week on real client projects and spend one day studying towards your Junior Management Consultant Apprenticeship on IBM’s OFSTED Outstanding programme.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across public sector clients including healthcare, defence and local government, while developing technical, consulting and commercial skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support project delivery through data collection, analysis and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business challenges
- Analyse complex data to identify trends and insights
- Help design and implement solutions, including process and technology improvements
- Communicate ideas and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results
This is an office-based, client-facing role (minimum three days per week on-site), with potential travel to client locations.
