Location: Glasgow

Start date: September 2025.

Application criteria:

• You don't need to be studying technology, computer science or STEM subjects but you must have a keen interest and passion in technology. IBM are seeking talented individuals who are curious about Tech.  
• You need to be a resident in Scotland
• You need to have achieved Maths & English Scottish National 5 grade C or above or equivalent.
• You need to have achieved or be predicted a minimum of four SQA Highers at Grade BBBB.
• You cannot have already started or completed an apprenticeship or university course in a similar area.

About the IBM Scottish Graduate (Degree) Apprenticeship

As an IT Management for Business graduate (degree) apprentice, you can build a career with valuable business and IT skills. You'll develop experience and knowledge in project management, problem-solving and business operations. You will develop your skills in: Technology, business, software project & delivery management; personal & interpersonal skills.  

You will be working 4 days a week at IBM and studying 1 day a week at university for an IT Management for Business graduate (degree) apprenticeship.  

There's an opportunity to experience University life and meet apprentices from other organisations during days at university and interactive learning sessions.
